  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple less 1/3 c. juice
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 beaten eggs

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients.

    Add crushed pineapple, eggs and nuts. Put in a 13 x 9-inch pan (greased).

    Bake 35 minutes at 350°.
