  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 1 lb. cubed Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 c. green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. chopped tomatoes

Directions

    Mix beans, cheese, 4 tablespoons of onions and seasonings in saucepan and heat on low, stirring occasionally until cheese melts. Pour into a 9 x 13 glass dish. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Top with sour cream, tomatoes and remaining onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
