- 14 cup butter or 14 cup margarine
- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup sour cream
- 12 cup small curd cottage cheese
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 34 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (4 ounce) canchopped green chilies
- 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
- paprika
Directions

1Saute onion and bell pepper in butter or margarine.

2Remove from heat and combine with remaining ingredients except paprika.

3Toss lightly to mix and pour into a greased casserole dish.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
