Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger; 1 pkg. taco mix; 1 jar salsa (medium); 1 pkg. flour tortillas; 1 large can refried beans; 1 pt. sour cream; 1 can chopped olives; Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese

1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
1 pkg. taco mix
1 jar salsa (medium)
1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 large can refried beans
1 pt. sour cream
1 can chopped olives
Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese

Directions

Brown hamburger and drain.

Add taco mix and 1 cup water.

Cook until water is gone.

Layer a 9 x 13-inch pan with 3 tortillas, then hamburger and salsa, then 3 more tortillas, then beans and sour cream.

Sprinkle olives next and then 3 more tortillas.

Top with cheeses and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
