- 1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans)
- 1 (16 oz.) jar Mexican salsa, drained
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 9 cooked lasagna noodles
- 2 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
- vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1In large bowl, combine chili, salsa, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.

2In small bowl, stir together cottage cheese and parsley flakes.

3In a 9 x 9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray, layer the noodles, cottage cheese, chili mixture and Mozzarella cheese until there are 3 layers.

4After it has cooked, let stand 10 minutes.
