  • 1 (15 oz.) can chili (no beans)
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar Mexican salsa, drained
  • 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 9 cooked lasagna noodles
  • 2 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 1 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • vegetable cooking spray

Directions

    In large bowl, combine chili, salsa, mushrooms, Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning.

    In small bowl, stir together cottage cheese and parsley flakes.

    In a 9 x 9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray, layer the noodles, cottage cheese, chili mixture and Mozzarella cheese until there are 3 layers.

    After it has cooked, let stand 10 minutes.
