   Spray 10-inch pan with Pam; set sifter in it.

   Into sifter, put flour, sugar, cocoa, soda and salt.

   Sift this into pan.

   Make 3 little wells into the dry mixture.

   Into one pour salad oil, into the next put vinegar and into the third put vanilla.

   Pour 1 cup cold water over all.

   Mix with a fork but do not beat.

   Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
