  • 2 cups fresh corn, raw
  • 2 T butter
  • 12 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c sour cream
  • 1/2 c whole milk
  • 4 c cheddar cheese (Colby)
  • 8 oz green chilies, diced
  • 1 T worcestire sauce
  • 1 T salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Garnish:
  • 1 1/2 c sour cream
  • chopped tomatoes
  • guacamole

Directions

    Saute corn in butter, beat eggs. Add everything together. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 325 for 1 1/4 hour. Should brown on top.
