- 2 cups fresh corn, raw
- 2 T butter
- 12 eggs
- 1 1/2 c sour cream
- 1/2 c whole milk
- 4 c cheddar cheese (Colby)
- 8 oz green chilies, diced
- 1 T worcestire sauce
- 1 T salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- Garnish:
- 1 1/2 c sour cream
- chopped tomatoes
- guacamole
Directions

1Saute corn in butter, beat eggs. Add everything together. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 325 for 1 1/4 hour. Should brown on top.
