  • 1/2 lb. chicken or whitefish livers
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 1/4 c. sherry
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 4 oz. halved fresh mushrooms
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    Saute livers in butter until tender.

    Put into blender with remaining ingredients.

    Process until smooth.

    Spoon into a small crock and refrigerate overnight.

    Spread on crackers.
