  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. white syrup
  • 2 c. cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Put the butter, sugar and syrup in a bowl and cook until 265°. Add the cream and vanilla.

    Bring to 250°.

    Pour into buttered glass pan. Cool. Cut and wrap.

    Need microwave candy thermometer.
