- 20 large fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 c. crumbled Blue or Feta cheese (about 1 oz. cheese)
- 2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped walnuts
- 1 Tbsp. melted margarine
Directions

1Clean mushrooms and remove stems.

2Chop enough of stems to make 1/4 cup.

3Arrange half of the mushroom caps stem side up in 1-quart casserole.

4Cook covered on High 2 to 3 minutes.

5Invert caps on paper towels to drain.

6Repeat with remaining mushrooms.
