  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can no-salt whole tomatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) can no-salt tomato sauce
  • 1 (8 oz.) can no-salt whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 c. cut up chicken or turkey
  • 1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

    In 2-quart casserole, combine onion, green pepper and garlic; cover and cook on High for 2 to 4 minutes.
