- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (14 1/2 oz.) can no-salt whole tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can no-salt tomato sauce
- 1 (8 oz.) can no-salt whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. cut up chicken or turkey
- 1 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
