- 2 1/4 c. low-fat milk
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. granulated sugar
- 6 pkg. sugar substitute
- 1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. diet oleo
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In a 2-quart microproof dish, stir together milk and cornstarch until dissolved.

2Stir in sugar and sugar substitute, cocoa and salt.

3Cook at 100% power (High), stir several times, for 6 minutes, until thickened.

4Stir in the margarine and vanilla. Pour into individual servings, cover and refrigerate. Makes five 1/2-cup servings.
