  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, drained
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Melt butter in a 1 1/2 quart glass casserole for 30 seconds. Stir in flour to make a smooth paste.
