- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole corn, drained
- 2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in a 1 1/2 quart glass casserole for 30 seconds. Stir in flour to make a smooth paste.

2Add remaining ingredients and blend well.

3Cook covered for 9 minutes, stirring once.
