- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 heaping Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3 c. milk
- butter or margarine
Directions

1In a 1 1/2-quart microwavable bowl with top, put 1 can of corn.

2Add flour and sugar; stir well.

3Beat eggs and 1 1/2 cups of milk.

4Pour into bowl with corn, flour and sugar.

5While stirring, add 1 to 1 1/2 cups more milk and stir until all ingredients are mixed well.

6Dot top with butter or margarine. Microwave in covered bowl for 7 minutes at Power 7.

7Remove and stir well.

8Return to microwave for 5 minutes at Power 10.

9Turn midway 1/2 turn.

10Remove and sprinkle top with paprika. Microwave 8 minutes more at Power 7.

11Let set 5 minutes and serve warm.
