  • 1 c. corn syrup
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. nuts
  • dash of salt

    Combine sugar, syrup, water and salt in 2-quart casserole dish. Cook in microwave over 19 minutes on High power. Stir every 5 minutes. Beat egg whites. Add syrup. Beat for 12 minutes. Add vanilla and nuts. Drop from teaspoon.
