- 1/2 c. melted butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- cracker or fine bread crumbs
Directions

1Mix the crackers and margarine together.

2Place the fish in a microwave-safe dish.

3Sprinkle with the lemon juice.

4Top with the cracker or bread crumb mix.

5Sprinkle with paprika.

6Heat on High for 9 to 11 minutes, turning once at 5 minutes.

7Fish is done when it is light and flaky, just as baked fish in an oven.
