1Cut oranges in large pieces; place in blender or food processor.

3Whirl until evenly chopped.

4Measure fruit and juice; place in non-metal bowl.

5Add equal amount of sugar.

6Stir.

7Cook, uncovered, until thick as you like, 6 to 8 minutes.

8Should cling to metal spoon.

9It thickens as it cools.

10As marmalade cooks, stir well every 2 minutes. Refrigerate or freeze for later use.

11Makes 1 1/2 cups.
