Microwave Mini Omelet

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • onion flakes to taste
  • bacon bits (dry) or ham pieces
  • 1 tsp. water
  • 1 slice American cheese or Swiss or both
  • green peppers (if desired)

Directions

    Place all ingredients in paper cups.

    Cup should be about 1/2 to 3/4 full.

    Beat all ingredients well.

    Cook about 45 seconds. Remove from oven and stir well.

    Top will be firm but underneath will be soft.

    (Egg mixture will continue to cook out of the oven.)

    If too soft, cook in 10 second segments until desired texture.

    Eat right out of cup.

    No dishes.

    This is a great breakfast for children or people on the go.
