- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs, beaten
Directions

1Combine cooked rice, milk, sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs in a 2 1/2-quart casserole.

2Microwave on Medium (50% power) for 13 to 15 minutes, stirring evenly every 5 minutes.
