- 1 whole fish (2 1/2 lb.)
- 1 c. water
- salt to taste
- several slices pounded ginger
- chopped green onion
- slivered ginger
- 1/4 c. oil, heated with garlic
Directions

1Place water, salt and pounded ginger in dish.

2Place fish on top of this after cutting 3 to 4 slices across top of fish.

3Cover with waxed paper.

4Microwave on High for 10 minutes.

5Let fish stand 5 minutes.

6Sprinkle green onion and slivered ginger on top of fish.

7Heat oil with garlic until garlic browns lightly.

8Pour over fish and serve.
