- 1 lb. yellow squash
- 1 lb. zucchini
- 1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos, drained
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cut squash and zucchini into 1/2-inch pieces.

2Place in glass casserole dish.

3Add pimentos, water, salt, pepper, basil and garlic powder.

4Dot with butter.

5Cover dish.

6Cook in microwave on High for 9 to 10 minutes, stirring twice.

7Let stand covered for 3 minutes.

8Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
