  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 lb. carrots, sliced
  • broccoli (florets)

Directions

    On an oval microwavable platter, put head of cauliflower in center of dish; arrange broccoli and carrots around cauliflower nicely.

    Put 4 teaspoons of margarine or butter on top of vegetables; salt and pepper to taste.

    Cover tightly with plastic wrap; poke 2 holes in top.

    Microwave 17 to 19 minutes on High.
