- 1 lb. carrots, sliced
- broccoli (florets)

1On an oval microwavable platter, put head of cauliflower in center of dish; arrange broccoli and carrots around cauliflower nicely.

2Put 4 teaspoons of margarine or butter on top of vegetables; salt and pepper to taste.

3Cover tightly with plastic wrap; poke 2 holes in top.

4Microwave 17 to 19 minutes on High.
