- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 3 green onions with tops, chopped
- 1 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill or 1 1/2 tsp. dried dill weed
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Toss green pepper, tomatoes, cucumber and green onions. Combine yogurt, dill, salt and pepper.

2Spoon mixture over salad and toss.
