- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 to 8 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 to 1 c. shredded fresh basil
- 2 fresh tomatoes, chopped
- salt
- fresh ground pepper
- dried tomatoes (optional)
Directions

1Let marinate at room temperature for at least 2 hours the olive oil, garlic, fresh basil, dried tomatoes, fresh tomatoes and fresh ground pepper to taste.

2Cook pasta al dente (do not overcook). Drain and add immediately to oil marinade.

3Toss well and serve. Quick, easy and delicious!
