  • 2 tablespoons whole allspice
  • 1 teaspoon whole cloves
  • 1 tablespoon whole peppercorns
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly grated or ground nutmeg (see Notes)
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Directions

    Using a coffee grinder or blender, grind the allspice, cloves, and peppercorns until fine.
