- 2 c. diced potatoes
- 1/2 c. carrots, sliced
- 1/2 c. celery, sliced
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped very small
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. cream-style corn (1 can)
- 10 oz. Cheddar cheese (any kind)
Directions

1Combine potatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Add water.

2Cover and simmer 10 minutes. Do not drain.

3Make a cream sauce with margarine, flour and milk.

4Add cheese.

5Stir until melted.

6Add corn and undrained vegetables.

7Heat.
-
8Do not boil.
