- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Grease and flour a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan or two (8-inch) round pans.

3In a large bowl, cream together sugar and butter; add sour cream, eggs and vanilla.

4Sift together flour and baking powder and add to creamed mixture; beat well.

5Pour into prepared pans.

6Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until cake tests done.
