- 1 (3 1/2 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. light oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 (6 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 bar German chocolate, melted
- 1 c. coconut
Directions

1Mix first 4 ingredients. Add eggs and beat well after each addition. Add the next 5 ingredients. Pour batter into well-greased tube pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
