Ingredients
- 6 lb. hamburger
- 3/4 green bell pepper, diced
- 3/8 yellow onion, diced
- 1-1/4 red bell pepper, diced
- 4 eggs
- 1-1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tbsp. basil
- 3/4 tbsp. garlic powder
- 3/4 tbsp. parsley
- 3/4 tbsp. thyme
- 3/8 tbsp. rosemary, crushed
- 3/8 tbsp. old Bay Seafood seasoning
- 3/8 tsp. kosher salt
- 1/8 cup bread crumbs
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together well, and place in 2 sprayed hotel pans.

2Cook in 350F oven for 1-2 hours until thermometer reads 140F.

3Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting and wrapping.

4DO NOT OVER BAKE!!!!

5The key to the meatloaf being moist and tender is that it's undercooked initially, but then when reheated in the microwave it is then cooked fully.
