  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 lb. ground beef, lean
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
