- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. self-rising corn meal
- 1 or 2 eggs
- 1/2 or 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- milk
Directions

1It depends upon the size of baking pan you use.

2Mix equal parts of flour and meal for large pan (2 cups each). Add 2 eggs and 3/4 cup mayonnaise and enough milk to stir batter to the consistency of cake batter.

3Pour into a greased baking pan and cook in preheated oven at 350° until golden brown, about 30 to 40 minutes.

4You may substitute Pam to grease pan.
