Milk Potatoes

  • 4 to 6 medium potatoes
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. milk

Directions

    Peel potatoes and cut in small cubes.

    Place in a saucepan and cover with water.

    Bring to boil and turn down heat to low. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until potatoes are tender.

    Add salt, margarine and milk and heat to bubbling (do not boil).
