  • 1/2 c. tapioca
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 level Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • crushed pineapple
  • 1 c. cream, whipped

Directions

    Cook tapioca and milk over very low heat until tapioca is clear.

    Mix sugar, eggs, cornstarch, vanilla and salt; add to milk and tapioca.

    Stir until this thickens.

    When cold, add crushed pineapple and 1 cup cream, whipped.
