  • 5 (2.5 oz.) Milky Way candy bars
  • 2 sticks margarine or butter
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 tsp. soda

Directions

    Melt together candy bars and 1/2 stick margarine and set-aside.

    Cream 1 1/2 sticks margarine, sugar, and eggs.

    Add flour, soda, nuts and buttermilk.

    Add candy mixture.

    Bake in buttered tube pan at 300° about 1 hour.
