- 1 1/2 c. precooked millet
- 2 c. brown rice, cooked
- 1/2 c. rolled oats
- 1/2 c. soy, sesame or cashew milk
- 1 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 tsp. garlic powder or 1 fresh garlic clove
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. food yeast
Directions

1Blend onion, garlic and milk in blender until chunky.

2Pour into mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.

3Place by spoonfuls on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam and flatten with a fork to form patties.

4Brown in oven at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
