- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 c. lukewarm water
- 1/2 scant c. oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 1/4 c. flour
Directions

1Let yeast and water set 2 minutes in large bowl.

2Mix eggs, salt, oil and sugar with yeast mixture.

3Add 3 cups of flour and beat until smooth.

4Then add 2 cups more flour; mix well.

5Cover with damp cloth and let set overnight in refrigerator.

6Take out and make into rolls (greasing hands).

7Muffin tins best.

8Bake at 400° for about 10 minutes.
