- 1 c. uncooked millet
- 1 c. oats
- 1/2 c. unsweetened coconut
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup
Directions

1Pour all ingredients in blender and blend on high for 2 to 3 minutes (may need to do 1/2 at a time).

2Cook on waffle iron. They cook slowly, so allow more time than for regular waffles.
