- 4 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 c. margarine or butter
- 3 c. pecan halves
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour (unsifted)
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1In small saucepan, melt chocolate and margarine on low heat. Add pecans and stir until well coated.

2Blend sugar, flour and eggs on low speed of electric mixer.

3(Do not beat.)

4Stir in chocolate and pecan mixture.

5Stir in vanilla.

6(Do not beat.) Place paper baking cups in muffin tins and completely fill with batter.

7Bake in a 325° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.

8Cool 8 to 10 minutes in muffin tins before removing.

9Makes 14 to 16 cupcakes.
