- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) whipped topping
- few drops yellow food coloring
- 2 ready made chocolate cookie crusts
Directions

1Mix milk, lemon juice and food coloring.

2Stir in drained pineapple.

3Fold in whipped topping.

4Pour into 2 crusts. Refrigerate several hours before serving.
