- 1 lb. butter, softened
- 4 c. flour, sifted
- 6 eggs (room temperature)
- 3/4 c. milk (room temperature)
- 1 tsp. almond or lemon extract
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Cream butter; add sugar.

2Beat until light and fluffy.

3Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.

4Add flour to cream mixture, alternately with milk, beat well after each addition.

5Stir in flavorings.

6Pour batter into well-greased and floured tube pan.

7Bake at 300° for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
