Ingredients: 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained; 12 or 14 marshmallows, finely chopped; small bottle maraschino cherries, finely chopped; 1 pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese; 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise; 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar; 1 c. nuts, chopped; 1 c. cream, whipped

1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. cream, whipped

Directions

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour into mold and place in refrigerator to set (about 1 hour). Slice and serve on lettuce leaves and dot with mayonnaise and a nut on top to decorate. For a dessert, top with whipped cream instead of mayonnaise. Serves 6.
