- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. beer
Directions

1Brown chops in frying pan or electric skillet.

2Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.

3Reduce heat, cover and simmer slowly until tender, at least one hour.

4The longer they simmer, then thicker the sauce gets and the better they taste.
