- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 large egg beaten
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
- 1 lb lump crab
- 20 saltines crushed
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 lemon wedges for serving
Directions

1In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise with egg, mustard and Worcestershire sauce

2In medium bowl toss cracker crumbs and crab.

3Gently fold in mayonnaise mixture.

4Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

5Scoop crab mixture into 1/3 cup mounds,LIGHTLY pat into 8 patties about 1 1/2 inch thick.

6In large skillet heat oil till shimmering.

7Cook on moderately high heat until deeply golden.

8About 3 mins each side.

9Mixture can be made up to step#2 and refrigerated over night!
