- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels (semi-sweet or sweet, your preference)
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. milk
- whipped cream
Directions

1Put milk into a saucepan and warm until very, very hot but not scalded.

2Place rest of ingredients into blender and add hot milk. Blend for 2 minutes at high speed.

3(Make sure it's 2 full minutes.)

4Pour into wine glasses or parfaits.

5Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

6Store in refrigerator.

7Top with whipped cream.
