- 1/4 c. pine nuts
- 2 c. cooked wild rice
- 2 c. cooked white rice
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 2-4 Tbsp. coconut rum
- 1/2 tsp. thyme powder
- Salt and white pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in large heavy skillet over medium heat.

2Lightly brown pine nuts.

3Add mixed cooked rices and raisins.

4Mix in skillet with browned pine nuts.

5Add coconut rum.

6Cook all over low to medium heat, mixing together well.
