Minced Clam Dip

  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • parsley, oregano and lemon to taste
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 3 cans minced clams
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

    Saute clams for 10 minutes and leave juice.

    Saute pepper and onion with margarine, adding lemon to taste, for 10 minutes. Combine above ingredients and add 1 cup bread crumbs.

    Season with parsley and oregano.

    Mix well; top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
