- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- parsley, oregano and lemon to taste
- 1 stick margarine
- 3 cans minced clams
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Saute clams for 10 minutes and leave juice.

2Saute pepper and onion with margarine, adding lemon to taste, for 10 minutes. Combine above ingredients and add 1 cup bread crumbs.

3Season with parsley and oregano.

4Mix well; top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
