  • 1 gal. chopped apples
  • 2 pkg. each: raisins and currants
  • 1/2 gal. cherries
  • 1/2 gal. other fruit
  • 1 c. vinegar
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sorghum
  • spices (cinnamon, allspice and cloves to taste)

Directions

    Cook the head; after all surplus fat has been removed, put through food chopper.

    Add other ingredients and cook until tender.

    Can while hot in sterilized jars.
