- 1 (12 oz.) can orange juice
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 6 lb. apples
- 2 lb. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 qt. apple juice
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Bake pie until very lightly browned.

2Cool and freeze uncovered.

3Remove from freezer and let set at room temperature for 30 minutes.

4Finish baking at 350°.

5Pies will stay good in freezer from 4 to 6 months.
