  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic
  • 3 slices chopped bacon
  • 4 chopped tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 2 14 liters beef stock
  • 60 ml red wine
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 2 chopped potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons tomato puree
  • 80 g peas
  • 80 g pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
