Ingredients

  • 3 (14 oz.) beef broth
  • 1 (12 oz.) vegetable juice
  • 1 (6 oz.) tomato paste (Italian seasoned pasta)
  • 1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes (pasta style)
  • 1 (15 oz.) kidney beans, pinto beans or any canned beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) garbanzo beans
  • 1 1/2 c. frozen vegetables
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
  • 2 c. cooked pasta (measure 2 c. dry pasta)

Directions

    In Dutch oven combine all ingredients except spinach and pasta. Heat about five minutes.

    Add spinach; bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.

    Add pasta, reheat and serve.

    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese to taste.
